Youth in action! 💪

YOUAca (http://www.youaca.eu), one of CSIT EU projects has reached the next phase: “learning by doing”.

After developing some important skills in grassroots sport management and communication during the meetings in Tortosa and Kisakeskus, the participants are all ready to implement it. The communication and cooperation with the national leaders as well as sharing experience and ideas will help create an effective dialogue between young and adult/senior experienced sports leaders.

The “Learning by Doing” phase consists of four group exercises, where participants have to, firstly, design a project in the field of sport, then make a proposal to overcome possible current issues of their organizations, interview their leaders and, last but not least, create a promotion for their activities or events.

The outcomes will be discussed at the last YOUAca meeting in #Rome in order to present them during the CSIT congress. 🔜
