Project ideas
The aim of the Learning by doing phase was to implement the skills and the knowledge developed during the training camps. After the summer camp in Kisakeskus, the young participants were asked to cooperate with their national coordinators in order to design projects and videos.
Each group designed a project idea to be proposed to their organisations at national level and a video aimed at promoting their ideas or at telling about the young people in the field of grassroots sport from the senior leader’s perspective.
At the last meeting in Rome, they presented these outputs to some members of the CSIT board and according to the feedbacks received they implemented their ideas. At the end they had the floor to present these ideas at 1° World Amateur Sport Forum to more than 200 people.
What a great chance for them! What a path to become a young leader!
